The company is targeting the delivery of its first samples of power GaN discrete devices in late 2020
Germany-based STMicroelectronics has announced a collaboration with TSMC to develop Gallium Nitride (GaN) process technology and the supply of discrete and integrated GaN devices, a company press release on 20 February read.
