Metal-air batteries are among the lightest and most compact types of batteries and are considered an option for next-generation electric vehicles

Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology (UNIST) in South Korea has developed a new catalyst for improving the charge-discharge performance of metal-air batteries, news website Green Car Congress reported on 16 March.
