ZF, WABCO expect to complete merger in Q2 2020
Nearly all required approvals for the merger have already been received
According to a press release issued on 24 March, American auto parts maker WABCO and German auto components supplier ZF Friedrichshafen have stated that both companies have received all the requisite approvals from relevant regulatory authorities
