The acquisition would enable Ube Industries to establish its first own North American base for manufacturing compounds
Japan-based Ube Industries has announced its decision to acquire Premium Composite Technology North America, Inc. (PCTNA), a consolidated subsidiary of Toyota Tsusho Corporation, according to a company press release on 23 March.
