Uno Minda to invest USD4.4 million in Toyoda Gosei Minda JV
Investment to be used to consolidate the business of TG in India by transferring the shares of Toyoda Gosei South India Ltd (TG SIN) to TG Minda
Toyoda Gosei Co., Ltd. will transfer its all shares in Toyoda Gosei South India Pvt. Ltd. (TGSIN) to Toyoda Gosei Minda India Pvt. Ltd. (TGMIN), a joint venture (JV) between Uno Minda and Toyoda Gosei (TG), in 2020, the Japanese supplier said in a press release on 2 April
