Fujitsu develops flexible nanotube adhesive sheet technology for EV power modules
It aims to license use of carbon nanotube adhesive sheets to companies in the materials and electrical industries
Fujitsu has announced the development of an adhesive sheet made of carbon nanotubes with high thermal conductivity of up to 100 W/mK, a company said in a press release on 17 April.
