Nexperia launches P-channel MOSFETs for automotive applications
New P-channel MOSFETs target automotive applications such as reverse-polarity protection and as a high side switch for seat adjustment, sunroof, and window operation
Nexperia has launched what it claims to be the industry’s first family of P-channel MOSFETs for automotive applications, the company said in a press release on 7 May.
