The administrators will collaborate with Arlington Automotive’s senior management to reduce the number of sites it operates in UK to ensure a viable business

The UK subsidiary of Arlington Automotive Group has appointed Duff & Phelps as administrators to restructure its struggling business due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Reuters reported on 11 May. The company employs around 600 people at its sites in Coventry, Newton Aycliffe, Reading, Stourport, Birmingham, and Manchester, and supplies to Ford, JLR, and Nissan in the UK. The administrators will collaborate with Arlington Automotive’s senior management to reduce the number of sites it operates in the country to ensure a viable business can emerge once the pandemic is over.
