Amalgamated entity will be called Joyson Anand Abhishek Safety Systems
The Chennai division bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has approved the merger of India-based KSS Abhishek Safety Systems (KSSA) with Takata India, according to a report by ET Auto on 30 May.
