M&A: Knorr-Bremse completes acquisition of R.H. Sheppard Co.
Transaction, valued at USD149.5 million, was closed on 1 June 2020
Knorr-Bremse has completed the acquisition of R.H. Sheppard from WABCO Holdings Inc., United States, which sold Sheppard in connection with the acquisition of WABCO by ZF Friedrichshafen AG, Knorr-Bremse announced in a press release on 2 June.
