Infineon adds new 62 mm device to CoolSiC MOSFET range of products for EV charging
Device enables a high-current density, high thermal cycling capability and a has continuous operating temperature of 150°C
Infineon Technologies has unveiled 62 mm device as a part of its CoolSiC MOSFET 1200 V module family, the company said in a press release on 29 June.
