German court bans Tesla from advertisement statements related to autonomous driving
Court claimed that claims like Autopilot and Full Scale Driving amounted to misleading business practices
A Regional Court in Munich has banned Tesla from using terms “Autopilot” and “Full Scale Driving” (FSD) in its advertisement in Germany, claiming them as misleading, Reuters reported on 14 July.
