Infineon develops new IGBT power module for EV traction inverters
The HybridPACK DC6i combines Infineon’s EDT2 IGBTs
Infineon Technologies has developed a new IGBT power module for electric vehicle (EV) traction inverters in the 80 kW to 100 kW power class, the company said in a press release on 30 July.
