Baidu launches Apollo Computing Unit for autonomous driving
ACU will power Apollo Valet Parking
Baidu has launched the ACU, a computing platform for autonomous driving, engadet reported on 2 August. The new, production-ready computing platform is based on Xilinx processors and also features MCUs from Infineon. ACU can process data from 5 cameras and 12 ultrasonic sensors.
