ACQUISITION: Delfingen acquires Schlemmer’s European and African operations
Acquisition includes five factories in Germany, Romania, Russia, Morocco, and Tunisia, and approximately 1,000 people
Delfingen, a supplier of electrical cable protection systems and solutions for the automotive industry, has completed the acquisition of Schlemmer’s business in Europe/Africa, according to a company press release on 1 September
