Yandex, Uber to spin off autonomous unit
Yandex to also increase its stake in ride-hailing and foodtech JV with Uber to 62%
Yandex N.V., a Russian internet giant, will spin off its autonomous vehicle business and form a new company called Yandex Self Driving Group B.V. (Yandex SDG) with Uber, Yandex announced in a press release on 4 September 2020
