Serious audit violations may lead to the disqualification of suppliers from the supply chain
Volkswagen has partnered with RCS Global for auditing suppliers for conformance with human rights, safe working conditions and environmental protection along the battery raw material supply chain all the way back to the mines, the automaker announced in a press release on 10 September.
