Adient to sell certain patents, IP related to seating mechanism business to Adient Yanfeng Seating Mechanisms
To use net proceeds to pre-pay a portion of its debt and for general corporate purposes
Adient has agreed to sell its certain patents and other intellectual property exclusively used in the seating mechanism business to Adient Yanfeng Seating Mechanisms (AYM) for USD20 million, the company said in a press release on 31 January
