Novelis sells Belgium plant as part of Aleris acquisition
Purchaser approved by European Commission and Chinese State Administration for Market Regulation
Novelis, a major player in aluminum rolling and recycling, has sold the former Aleris plant in Duffel, Belgium, to ALVANCE, the aluminum business of the GFG Alliance, according to a company press release on 2 October 2020
