Startup DeepMap launches ‘DeepMap HDR’ service to support Level 2+ hands-free driving
DeepMap HDR registers and aligns myriad of crowd-sourced perception outputs to generate and update live, high-fidelity maps with high level of accuracy
DeepMap, a US-based startup developing high-definition (HD) map and localization solution for all levels of autonomy, has launched DeepMap HDR (high-definition reference) service for companies who are building hands-free Level 2+ automated driving system using crowd-sourced maps, the company said in a press release on 5 October.
