Indorama Ventures forms a 50:50 JV with Japanese supplier Toyobo to produce airbag yarns in Thailand
Plant to have an annual production capacity of 11,000 metric tons
Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited (IVL), through its direct subsidiary, Indorama Polyester Industries Public Company Limited (IPI), Thailand, has entered into a joint venture (JV) agreement with Japan-based Toyobo Co., Ltd. to form a 50:50 JV limited liability company in Thailand, according to a company press release on 23 October
