ElringKlinger and Plastic Omnium to form JV for manufacturing fuel cell stacks
ElringKlinger will hold 60% stake in the new company, and the remaining 40% will be held by Plastic Omnium
ElringKlinger and Plastic Omnium have set up a new joint venture, EKPO Fuel Cell Technologies, for manufacturing fuel cell stacks, the two companies announced in a press release on 28 October.
