Berry Global acquires RPC Group
Acquisition creates major player in plastic and recycled packaging products
Berry Global Group has completed the previously announced acquisition of RPC Group for USD6.5 billion, the company said in a press release on 1 July. The purchase price include USD4.3 billion in cash and USD2.2 billion of net debt and estimated transaction related costs.
