Recticel to acquire Conxzetta Group’s foam solution company FoamPartner
Acquisition to strengthen Recticel’s European and global presence in specialty foam solutions, specifically in the faster growing APAC and North American markets
Recticel has entered into final agreements with Swiss Conzzeta AG to acquire FoamPartner in cash for an enterprise value of CHF270 million (USD296 million), CHF20 million of the price being payable in January 2022, Recticel announced in a press release on 10 November
