ELMS and Forum Merger III Corp are currently negotiating a USD250 million reverse merger
US-based electric van maker Electric Last Mile Solutions (ELMS) is planning to go public by merging with special-purpose acquisition company (SPAC) Forum Merger III Corp, Reuters reported on 19 November.
