Toyoda Gosei invests USD2.8 million in Japan-based startup Ball Wave
Japanese supplier has intensified investments in strategic startups as it looks beyond in-house capabilities to develop advanced automotive technologies
Toyoda Gosei has invested JPY100 million (USD2.8 million) in Ball Wave, a startup from Japan’s Tohoku University that has developed applications of ball surface acoustic wave (SAW) sensors, the company said in a press release on 19 November.
