Innoviz Technologies to become public through merger with Collective Growth Corporation
Innoviz will be listed on NASDAQ under ticker symbol “INVZ” in first quarter 2021
Israel-based lidar startup Innoviz Technologies has entered a definitive agreement to merge with Collective Growth Corporation to become a public company, the company said in a press release on 11 December.
