ArcelorMittal, Nippon Steel to build new electric arc furnace in US state Alabama

Luxembourg-based steel major ArcelorMittal SA and Japan’s Nippon Steel Corp will jointly build an electric arc furnace at their US joint venture in Alabama, Reuters reported on 22 December.
