Volkswagen to adjust vehicle production in key markets owing to semiconductor supply shortage
Production of Volkswagen passenger cars and commercial vehicles, ŠKODA, SEAT and, to a limited extent, Audi brands to be affected
Volkswagen has announced that it will adjust production at mainland Chinese, North American, and European locations in the first quarter of 2021 owing to the supply shortage of semiconductors, according to a press release by the German automaker on 18 December.
