Two companies will collaborate to build autonomous minibuses and city buses

Autonomous driving technology startup WeRide has raised USD200 million in Series B1 funding from mainland Chinese bus maker Yutong, TechCrunch reported today (24 December). The mainland Chinese startup will collaborate with Yutong to make autonomous minibuses and city buses. The two partners will also work together on research and development (R&D), vehicle platforms, and mobility services.
