Hitachi Automotive Systems, Keihin, Showa, and Nissin Kogyo complete management integration
Merged companies start operations as Hitachi Astemo
On 1 January, Japan-based automotive suppliers Hitachi Automotive Systems, Keihin Corporation, Showa Corporation and Nissin Kogyo have concluded management integration to form Hitachi Astemo, the company said in a press release on 6 January.
