Merger: FCA, PSA complete merger; Stellantis starts operations
Stellantis’ common shares will begin trading on Euronext in Paris and the Mercato Telematico Azionario in Milan from 18 January and on the NYSE from 19 January
On 16 January, FCA and PSA completed previously-announced merger paving the formation of Stellantis, the two companies said in a joint press release.
