Geely, Foxconn form new JV to offer customized consulting services
Both companies will hold an equal 50% stake in the new JV
Zhejiang Geely Holding Group and Foxconn Technology Group decided to set up a joint venture (JV) to provide OEM production and comprehensive customized consulting services relating to whole vehicles, parts, intelligent drive systems, automotive ecosystem platforms, electric vehicle industry value chain to global automotive companies, Geely announced in a press release on 13 January.
