V-Guard acquires minority stake of 18.77% for cash consideration of USD4.5 million
V-Guard Industries Ltd. has informed that the company y’s Board of Directors has approved the proposal of investment in the securities of Gegadyne Energy Labs Private Ltd., according to a company press release on 15 January 2021
