Faraday Future to list on NASDAQ through merger with Property Solutions Acquisition Corp.
Transaction will provide USD1 billion of gross proceeds
In a press release dated 28 January, Faraday Future announced that it has decided to go public through a merger with Property Solutions Acquisition Corp. (PSAC), a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC).
