Valmet Automotive wins new battery manufacturing contracts; expands engineering activities in Germany
Production of the electric vehicle (EV) battery at Uusikaupunki plant is scheduled to commence in the latter half of 2021
In a press release dated 28 January, Valmet Automotive announced that it has signed a second battery manufacturing contract with a major automotive OEM for the Uusikaupunki, Finland battery plant.
