Indian supplier Spark Minda Group establishes new subsidiary for EV components
The new subsidiary was incorporated on 22 February 2021
Spark Minda announced that it has incorporated a 100% wholly owned subsidiary company in India for design, development and manufacturing of electric vehicle (EV) parts and components, according to a regulatory filing by the company on 23 February
