Company announced merger with SPAC in September 2020
ChargePoint has completed its previously announced merger with special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), Switchback Energy Acquisition Corporation, to become a public company, listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), the US-based electric vehicle (EV) charging solution provider said in a press release on 26 February.
