Stellantis to distribute its stake in Faurecia to shareholders
Also distribute EUR308 million
Stellantis announced plans to distribute 54,297,006 ordinary shares of Faurecia to its common shareholders, the automaker said on 4 March. The automaker will also distribute EUR308 million (USD370 million) in cash which PSA received from selling its stake in the French automotive supplier in October 2020.
