Sintercom India raises fund from Miba group
Funds will help manage the immediate working capital requirements of the company
Sintercom India Limited (Company) has raised funds on a preferential private placement basis in the form of equity shares and compulsory convertible debentures (CCDs) from one of its promoters Miba Sinter Holding GmbH & CO KG (Miba), according to a press release on 5 March 2021
