UNO MINDA increases stake in Tokai Rika Minda JV to 30%
JV makes safety and security systems, electronic components and automotive switches
Uno Minda has increased its stake in Tokai Rika Minda India Private Limited (TRMN) joint venture (JV) from 12.86% to 30%, the Indian supplier said in a regulatory filing on 24 March 2021
