Brose and Volkswagen subsidiary SITECH have complementary seating portfolios and expertise
The Brose Group and Volkswagen (VW) have signed an agreement to establish a joint venture (JV) to develop and manufacture complete seats, seat structures and components along with solutions for the vehicle interior, according to a joint press release by the two companies on 26 March
