Acquisition: Aludyne acquires Shiloh Industries’ CastLight division
Acquisition to add new facilities in the US, Netherlands, Poland, and mainland China
Aluminum and iron parts supplier, Aludyne has acquired Shiloh Industries’ CastLight division according to a company press release on 13 April. The acquisition combined entity is expected to generate pro forma revenue of more than USD1 billion. Current Capital Partners LLC and KPMG acted as financial advisors to Aludyne and Honigman LLP acted as its legal counsel.
