ACQUISITION: Oerlikon to acquire INglass S.p.A. to expand into polymer processing market
Oerlikon to complete INglass acquisition second quarter of 2021; to also acquire INglass's hot runner systems technology
Oerlikon has signed an agreement to acquire Italy-headquartered INglass S.p.A. and its hot runner systems technology operating under the HRSflow business, according to a company press release on 23 April. The acquisition is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2021.
