Trinseo completes acquisition of Arkema’s PMMA business
Trinseo will add PMMA and MMA products and technologies via seven manufacturing plants and three research and development (R&D) locations in Europe and North America
Trinseo, a global materials company and manufacturer of plastics, latex binders and synthetic rubber, has announced the closing of its previously announced acquisition of Arkema’s polymethyl methacrylates (PMMA) business, according to a press release on 3 May 2021
