Motherson Sumi receives shareholders nod for proposed restructuring
Reorganization will create two growth focused listed companies, Motherson Sumi Wiring India Ltd. and Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd.
Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd. (MSSL) said in a regulatory filing on 30 April that the public shareholders (non-promoter) have voted in favor of the proposed restructuring
