California Assembly Bill (AB) 2127 requires all new passenger vehicle sales to be zero-emission by 2035

California would require nearly 1.2 million electric vehicle (EV) charging stations by 2030 to charge 7.5 million passenger plug-in EVs anticipated to ply on the roads of the western US state, a new report compiled by the California Energy Commission (CEC) said.
