GlobalFoundries to build new fabrication plant in Singapore
The company also stated that it intends to increase capacity at its manufacturing facilities in the United States and Germany
According to a press release from Reuters, the United States-based semiconductor manufacturer GlobalFoundries announced on 22 June that it will build a new fabrication plant in Singapore to meet the unprecedented global demand for chips.
