Lumax Auto, Alpine to set up JV in India to produce electric devices with software
Both companies aim to manufacture and sell electric devices and components, including software related to the automotive industry
According to a press release published on ET Auto on 3 July, auto component manufacturer Lumax Auto Technologies has signed a joint venture agreement with Alpine Co Ltd, Japan.
