Mando to separate autonomous driving unit as wholly owned subsidiary
The new subsidiary will be launched in September
According to a press release published on PR Newswire on 21 July, Mando shareholders approved a plan to spin off its autonomous driving and Mobility businesses as a wholly owned subsidiary.
